Vehicle Immobilization
Ohio courts may order vehicle immobilization and impoundment of the registration and license plates.
The client will be made aware of the duration of immobilization which is usually defined by the court. The court determines the length of immobilization/impoundment.
When the immobilization device can be removed, we will setup a removal appointment. Upon end of immobilization period, the individual will receive a Notice of Immobilization Compliance to release the vehicle from immobilization.
